Problemática

To address lack of social interaction at community level and limited opportunities for "venting" creative energy in the downtown Madrid neighborhood of Tribunal/Ballesta/Malasaña/Noviciado

Objetivos del proyecto

- to promote community development through participatory creative work - to foster creativity and to raise awareness of alternative photography techniques - to contribute to better visibility of the historic Tribunal/Ballesta/Noviciado neighborhood and to promote cultural awareness

Público objetivo del proyecto

- Tribunal/Ballesta/Noviciado neighborhood residents (different age groups, but mostly younger people (in their 20s and 30s) - Visitors and tourists

Soluciones

- to take photos of the neighborhood by pinhole cameras made by the participants/agents (mainly local residents, but others may join) - to exhibit photos taken in various locations within the neighborhood, as well as online (project blog) (will bring together the project agents and the end users)
